Daily supplements for nutrition health are not even a question in my household. Every morning next to each family members breakfast place setting are vitamin supplements. The kids get a children's multi vitamin while my husband and I get adult multi vitamins and fish oil. If it is flu season or someone is beginning to feel a sore throat coming on I will add vitamin C, echinacea and goldenseal.

My family is used my nutrition health supplements and after eating their breakfast take them without question or fuss. On those very seldom occasions where I may slip up and forget they are all over me about it. It just really has become habit for my family. Not a bad thing.

Nutrition health is of utmost importance and I try to impress that upon my family. They are well aware of my well intentioned suggestions at exercise, movement, eating right and getting plenty of fluid and rest. I don't preach or harp, I just represent what I feel is good nutrition health! I work out every day and try to maintain good healthful habits. Everyone looks forward to Fridays though, that is our "cheat" day!
