Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about muscle supplements. Over the past year and a half I’ve lost a lot of weight, and while I’ve been doing some strength training, I know it hasn’t been enough.  Recently, I decided that the only way that I was going to be able to change my health was to start making different choices.

 

I’ve increased my protein, which helps build muscle mass, not to mention I’ve been taking natural supplements. Both of which help, but I know that it’s time to start doing more strength and resistance training to see if that can’t really kick things up a notch when it comes to nutrition health and building muscle.  

 

In addition to building muscle, I really do want to get this last bit of weight off.  I’ve been sitting at a standstill for a while, and I need a little boost to my nutrition health to get me back on the right track and seeing the scales moving downward again instead of stuck.  I know I can do it; it’s just going to take a little time to create the plan that will work best for my nutrition health and me.
