Nutrition Health and Protein |

I am extremely conscious of my nutrition health. As a vegetarian, it's easy to forget to include protein into my meals. There were only so many nuts I could eat in my vegetarian nutrition health diet. So, I decided to find another form of protein. I decided to implement whey protein into my diet.
I am not a vegetarian for any ethical or religious reasons. I simply wanted to see if I could do it. For my personal nutrition health, I still allow myself to have some animal byproducts, such as milk and cheese. However, I promised myself that I would never eat the animal itself. I found a large canister of whey protein online and in a couple of days it arrived in the mail. I decided I was going to create my own cocktail that included whey protein, skim milk and fat-free chocolate syrup.
The combination was much better than I expected. It's great to know that I have a staple form of protein to include in my nutrition health. I began including whey protein into my fruit and vegetable shakes.
